Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,500 (Increases to £28,600 once CQC Registered)

Reporting into our Head of Service, our Registered Manager will be responsible for day to day operations and ensuring each setting meets the needs of everyone we support. Our services in Hull and East Ridings of Yorkshire provides support for individuals with complex needs, requiring a high standard of specialised, person centred care. You will ensure our services’ standards are high and ensure all practices are in line with current legislation.

What do we expect from you?
• Experience of working at Team Leader or above level within Social Care
• Experience of working with individuals with complex needs
• NVQ Level 5 (Leadership and Management) or willing to work towards
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
