How it works
You will need to join a payroll giving agency (PGA) who will collect the money from you and distribute the payments to all the charities that have been nominated. Further details can be found at www.hmrc.gov.uk/payrollgiving
Grants and match funding are available to employers who wish to initiate payroll giving for their staff.
Once the scheme is in place you will need to ensure your payroll staff are aware of how the scheme works.
Also decide whether you want to pay the admin fee on behalf of your staff, as part of your CSR agenda and if you want to offer any type of match funding for your staff donations.
