What is a Bank Worker?
Bank Workers are people that have no fixed hours. We may offer hours when shifts become available, however, a Bank Worker can choose to accept or decline the shift. We fully train Bank Workers to provide support to the people who use our service, and to compliment our permanent staff teams
What are the advantages of Bank Work?
It is ideal for people who require flexibility, who perhaps want to try a new career, and for those who want additional hours alongside another job role
What is the recruitment process?
The same as any role, you’d need to complete an application form, and then go through the standard interview process. If successful, then full employment checks would be undertaken, before confirming your suitability to pick up shifts. Full training would then be given
Could Bank Work lead to a permanent vacancy?
It certainly could, and we have had many people start on Bank then progress into a permanent position
Who is the ideal Bank Worker?
Simply, someone who may not be able to commit to set days and hours, but who wants to make a difference to other peoples lives
